The Loft Art Gallery + Studio was originally situated in the heart of Second Life’s Chilbo and was the first Second Life home of Coko’s dear friend who cherished it very much – referring to it as ’The Loft’. Whilst house/property/business hunting, Coko was shown what a first place could look like and instantly fell in love with the area and the building.
“I made an offer along with a promise and became the new owner of The Loft. I love it here and welcome SL residents to view my work and pop in for a coffee and a chat next time I’m online.”
After a short time online, Coko has managed to not only sell her artwork but expand services to include full creative concepts for new businesses, events or product launches with the gallery now expanding to promote Second Life’s premium artists and their works.
“I would have conversations with people about what art they needed but because of my background in design, marketing and ICT, those conversations soon extended to support other areas in need. There are so many skilled, creative and talented people in SL which means a simple conversation often leads to a new ideas, concepts and business ventures – it’s very cool!”
Growth has lead to the opening of a new beacfront gallery situated in tranquil Le Tieguai
